Essential selection criteria:
Essential criteria:
- Previous experience in a medical practice environment including proven leadership and teambuilding
- Use and understanding of medical practice software, Best Practice, Xero
- Knowledge of relevant and current legislations for Services Australia, Medicare, Fair Work Australia etc
- Proactive approach to decision making and problem solving
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience of managing staff and liaising with specialists, referring doctors,

The Medical Clinic is a well-established privately owned medical clinic based in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne and is currently seeking a capable and highly detailed Practice Manager to lead their busy team.
Description of benefits:
The role could be worked with flexible hours over 4-5 days. Remuneration is negotiable for the right candidate.
