As part of our commitment to supporting the health and wellbeing of our members, we provide access to a dedicated Member Assistance Program (MAP) to support the valuable work you and your teams do every day.

About the Member Assistance Program
In partnership with Connect Psych Services, the service assists Practice Managers in dealing with issues that may be impacting their professional or personal life. It is a professional, private, on-demand support service to create resilient, collaborative, and productive outcomes. The service is confidential between you and Connect Psych Services.

Founded by mental health practitioners, Connect Psych Services is one of Australia’s leading EAP providers and offers video, phone or chat access to real psychologists and counselling services anytime, anywhere. Connect Psych Services is Australian-owned and is run solely by their team of registered and experienced mental health practitioners. 

How to access the Member Assistance Program

ACCESS THE PROGRAM

You will need to enter APM201 as the company code and your member number to access the service. As part of your membership, AAPM will provide the first two appointments complimentary.

The Member Assistance Program is available for sessions between 6am to 11pm, seven days a week. Bookings can be made 24/7.

To access the program, you must be a current financial member in the following categories: Individual, Certified Practice Manager, Fellow, or Primary Contact of a Practice Membership.
