About the role
You will be stepping into a Leadership role in one of our busiest Medical Centers in Elwood. As a Practice manager you will be provided competitive remuneration and a support network to help you transition smoothly into this leadership role.
This ongoing opportunity will be perfect for a highly organised individual who enjoys operations management of day-to-day staff, you will be supporting a team of General Practitioners, Practice Nurses and Medical Receptionists.
Located near public transport, beautiful St Kilda beach and walking distance to Botanical Gardens.
Your working environment will be a very modern General Practice clinic with state of the art facilities and Zedmed software in use.
About you:
- Minimum 3 years Management experience, in a general practice setting or related healthcare field
- A positive, organised and proactive attitude Strong leadership, communication, mentoring and motivational skills
- A professional manner and presentation
