We are looking for a receptionist to join our front desk team. Full time, fast paced & varied duties on offer. Must have some previous experience with clinic to cloud and/or Zedmed preferred.

Front Desk Receptionist – Full Time
Approx. 35-38 hours per week
An excellent opportunity is available for the right candidate to join a busy Specialist Centre in the South Eastern Suburbs.
We are looking for a front of house receptionist who takes pride in their work with attention to detail, has a can do attitude, excellent organizational skills, and has the ability to work within a team environment.
Previous medical reception experience within a general practice or specialist rooms is required.
Experience in Zedmed & Clinic to Cloud Software is desirable.

Responsibilities include
- Collaboration with multiple specialists
- Welcoming patients & visitors, answering the telephone & answering any enquiries.
- Scheduling appointments
- Assisting patients with completing necessary forms & documentation, as well as ensuring that all information acquired is accurate and current.
- Schedule future appointments & tests required.
- Process accounts and payments for clinic sessions
- Faxing, scanning, filling and mailing
- Ability to comfort patients with a kind nurturing attitude.
