The Three Seas Group is a well-established private practice with more than 30 psychologists and one psychiatrist based in five locations across Melbourne. We’re looking for an experienced senior receptionist in the medical and/or allied health field who can act as the public face and voice of The Three Seas at our Richmond clinic whilst ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

 

About the role

This full-time role offers varied and challenging work in a busy and fast-paced environment. The Practice Coordinator provides support for practitioners at all levels and works with management to continually improve office efficiency. Crucially, they play a key role in making sure the practice is a warm and welcoming environment where clients receive an exceptional standard of care.  As the clinic is open late there is an expectation that you will be able to work a minimum of one evening per week. The position is available for immediate commencement.

 

About you

You’ll be able to demonstrate:

·     At least two years experience in a similar administrative or office management role in a psychological, allied health, medical or other private practice setting.

·     An ability to deal courteously with a diverse client base, including people with complex needs.

·     High-level administration skills and great attention to detail.

·     A proven ability to prioritise competing demands and thrive under pressure.

·     Experience in working successfully independently and as part of a team.

·     A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

 

Because of the nature of our work, we will look favourably upon candidates with knowledge and understanding of relevant AHPRA regulations and the Australian Psychological Society’s Standards of Professional Conduct and Ethical Practice. Experience with Coreplus Practice Management software will be highly regarded.
