Qualifications & experience
- 3 years experience in General Practice essential
- Leadership qualities required
- Bachelor degree or associate qualification in a related field an advantage
- Knowledge of human resource management principles and practices.
- Computer skills including knowledge of relevant software
Tasks & responsibilities
- This is a new position to support the reception team and the practice manager ensuring a smooth and efficiently functioning practice.
- To provide leadership and direction to reception staff, train new reception staff, monitor competency and efficiency.
- Manage the day to day operation of the practice for reception. Implement and monitor office policies and procedures in line with our P&P Manual and in collaboration with the practice manager and staff.
- Support the clinical team in an administrative role. Manage clinical recalls and provide data analysis through Best Practice/Polar as required.
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with, workplace health and safety principles including infection control.
