Are you an experienced Practice Manager looking for a new opportunity?
We have a great team of health professionals & are looking for a Part Time Practice Manager (approximately 30 hours per week) for our well established GP Medical Practice on the Sunshine Coast.
A key part of this role is identifying opportunities to enhance the service we provide to patients and to inspire the team to continue to grow the reputation of our Practice.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Previous experience in a large General Practice in a supervisory role
- An understanding of the financial management of a medical practice
- Explore opportunities for available patient health outcomes and ensuing financial Practice renumeration
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building expertise with excellent communication skills
- Experienced at Practice Accreditation
- Prior knowledge of Best Practice would be advantageous
