Bullsbrook Medical Centre is a GP owned, well established Practice, with 8 consultation rooms, treatment room, on-site pathology and allied health.

We focus on providing high-quality care to our patients in a coordinated fashion. Bullsbrook Medical Centre is an AGPAL and WAGPET accredited practice.

 

The Role:

This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, open-minded and committed person to join our team. This role requires outstanding leadership skills, attention to detail and good time management skills to effectively coordinate daily operations of the practice.  

As the Practice Manager you will responsible for the day-to-day management of the Medical Centre and play a key role in the growth of the business.  

 

Skills and experience:

  • Managerial and leadership skills
  • A positive and professional attitude to engage a whole team approach.
  • Demonstrated experience in effective people management - rostering, leave management, performance management, recruitment, conflict management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven understanding of Medicare billing and revenue capture in a health care setting
  • Experience with Best Practice medical software

 

Key responsibilities 

  • Managing the daily operations of the practice.
  • Monitoring practice safety and standards across the clinic.
  • Maintaining practice policies and accreditation.
  • Doctor and staff recruitment.
  • Developing business strategies
  • Maintaining high performance of the business on an organisational and financial level
  • KPI analysis
  • Regular reporting to Directors/GP Owners.

 

Part-time position. Full-time option available.
