Practice Manager - SouthWest Cardiology

A major Cardiology Practice in SouthWest Sydney with rooms in Liverpool, Campbelltown and Camden.
This opportunity arises due to the retirement of our long serving practice manager.
Manage our practice of 15 cardiologists and 30 staff of over 3 busy sites.
Work with partnership to grow and support the practice, addiliated with every major hospital in SouthWest Sydney.
Full-time contracted or permanent role to be negotiated with the right applicant.
The Duties
This position supports a diverse and highly skilled team of cardiologists, the secretarial and technical staff, with the assistance of partners in the practice.
You will be responsible for the daily running of the three sites, the business behind the practice with the support of partners and an accessible accounting team. You will also be responsible for:

Financial Management - budgets, liaising with Medicare and health funds.

Patient Experience - patient care is a major focus group. You will oversee and be involved in monitoring and improving patient and referrers experience.

Clinical Compliance - adherence to medical regulations, practice policies and procedures.

Leadership - recruit, train and oversee our enthusuastic team of secretarial and support staff, support their learning and implement growth strategies.

Setting key performance indicators, managing staff performance with regular assessments.

Rosters of secretarial and technical staff.
