We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven and motivated receptionist/administrator to support mental health clients as part of a collaborative team. Visa sponsorship opportunities are available for the right applicant.

Skills and experience
- Experience working with clients within the medical industry will be highly regarded
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to form collaborative relationships with people from all walks of life
- Efficient time management with the ability to self-direct and work independently
- Strong computer skills required
- A genuine passion to make a difference to the lives of vulnerable clients
About Us
Our service was founded in 2017 and has been at the forefront of telehealth psychiatrist services over the last 5 years. We are a specialist practice providing services via video conference around Australia. Our lovely head office in Bondi Junction is easily accessible with public transport. Parking is available on site (reduced staff rate).
The established practice has 35 Psychiatrists, Geriatricians, Psychologists, and ADHD coaches providing a comprehensive range of treatment to outpatients Australia-wide.
We have a lovely team of 15 operations support staff including receptionists, marketing, HR, and a complaints and quality manager.
Our culture is one of support and collaboration and each person throughout the organisation has a commitment to provide high quality mental health care to hundreds of patients Australia-wide each week. As well as treating individual patients, Dokotela works with multi-national corporates and Government Departments to service a diverse range of patients.
