19 October Nominations are Open for APNA Nurse Awards October 19, 2018 By Nursing nursing, recognition 0 Nominations for the 2019 APNA Nurse Awards are currently open, in two categories: APNA Recently Graduated Nurse of the Year and the APNA Nurse of the Year. Anyone can nominate a nurse for the APNA Nurse Awards. This may include a manager, co-worker, patient, friend, etc. Self-nominations will also be accepted. Winners will Become an APNA ambassador for 2019–20 with the opportunity to attend key meetings and events Receive a free registration to the APNA National Conference (4-6 April 2019), plus flights and accommodation An experienced nurse will mentor the winner of the APNA Recently Graduated Nurse of the Year for 12 months.
