Chief Clinical Adviser (Nursing)
Senior executive opportunity for a registered and practicing nurse who wants to contribute to a connected and digital healthcare system.
We are looking for someone who can help our Agency continue to develop a healthcare system that is accessible, modern and secure. You will be a senior clinical expert with a focus on digital health engagement, innovation, clinical governance and safety and someone who wants to be a key strategic adviser to our Chief Executive Officer and members of our Senior Executive Committee as we build a healthier future for all Australians.

About the role
- Working up to 3 days a week and partnering with our Chief Clinical Adviser (Medical).
- Provide clinical expertise, thought leadership, advice regarding clinical safety and effectiveness on Agency products and services.
- Champion the Agency’s Clinical Governance Framework.
- Actively engage with clinical partners, leveraging the right expertise and capabilities to give advice on complex issues.
- Play an active role in key clinical governance committees in the Agency.
About you
- You will be a senior clinician who is currently registered and practising.
- You will be passionate and knowledgeable about digital, connected healthcare.
- You have experience working with senior executive committees and boards to provide highly technical and clinical advice.
- You are a champion of digital health care and the clinical frameworks and systems that support our products and services.
- You have values that match the agency and APS with a strong desire to mentor our workforce.
