The Department of Human Services is conducting a research project to find out how they can improve their website and Medicare communication to Practice Managers.

The Department of Human Services has engaged Instinct and Reason, a research company, to help with the project. They’re talking to health professionals across Australia and are seeking more practice managers who’d like to share their views.

If you would like to participate in the research, please use this link. Participants will be provided with $100.00 as a reimbursement for their time provided.

Alternatively you can contact Matthew Johnson at Instinct and Reason on 02 9283 2233 or email MJohnson@instinctandreason.com /span>

Participation is voluntary. Research is conducted in line with the department’s confidentiality and privacy principles – you can find out more about how The Department of Human Services conduct research on their website.
