11 December Changes to the Fair Work Amendment (Supporting Australia's Economic Recovery) Bill 2020 December 11, 2020 By Announcement, Communication, General 0 On Wednesday 09 December, the Commonwealth Government introduced the Fair Work Amendment (Supporting Australia’s Economic Recovery) Bill 2020 to the House of Representatives. If the Bill is passed it will significantly vary the Fair Work Act (Cth) 2009 and other legislation in important areas of employment law, including casual employment.
