The Camperdown Clinic is located in the rural township of Camperdown in Southwestern Victoria. We are looking for a Practice Manger to join our GPs, Practice Nurses and Medical Receptionists providing best practice care to the community.

A family-owned rural medical practice with a passion for medical education the clinic has 5 FTE GPs 2 FTE Practice Nurses and a friendly supportive receptionist team. The Clinic is open Mon – Fridays.

The position is a permanent fulltime 38 hour week and your role includes overseeing the daily operations of the practice., managing the workforce, primary point of contact for patient concerns, finances with staff payroll, purchase and invoicing. As a Medicare accredited General Practice you will be responsible for reviewing, developing and implementing policies and procedures. Recruitment of employees when required and the recruitment, interviewing and orientation of GP Registrars.

Skills and experience we are looking for include:

· Leadership and human resource management

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Managing budgets and small business financial experience

· Experience in computing systems and IT

 

Current hours of work are 8:30am – 5:00pm and the annual income pre tax is $70K - $80K with four weeks paid leave.
