Currently seeking an experienced, full time Practice Manager to join well-established GP Private Practice located near Melbourne CBD.

You will be joining a very friendly, supportive working environment that has a strong emphasis on providing a high-quality service for holistic health and wellness to patients.

The Role:

• Ensure policies and processes are in accordance with National Standards for Accreditation
• Manage team performance of Practice clinical and non-clinical employees
• Source and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and     health providers
• Maintain accreditation standard and coordinate ongoing reviews.
• Support Practitioners working remotely to ensure smooth telehealth consultations
• Facilitate recruitment and onboarding of General Practitioners, Dental and Allied Health   Professionals
• Less than 10 minutes from Melbourne CBD

Criteria:

• Ideally have minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Practice Manager within General Practice
• Good understanding of Best Practice system
• Good understanding of E-scripting
• Good understanding of Mind Body Software
• Candidates with experience preparing for an accreditation as encouraged to apply
• Must have strong leadership skills to work with and manage the clinical and non-clinical members of the team
• Must have great communicator and team player
