The Cardiovascular Centre are a dynamic group of specialist cardiologists & allied health professionals who work collaboratively to provide a holistic approach to heart health. The Cardiovascular Centre offer a range of diagnostic testing and assessments with the most up-to-date and comprehensive care for our patients.
About the role
- Managing day-to-day operations of a busy Cardiology Clinic and leading medical, administration, technical and clinical research teams
- Staff recruitment, performance management, team building and motivation, fostering a positive team culture
- Development and maintaining systems to enhance productivity and performance
- Asset maintenance
- Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation
- Confident liaison to all stakeholders including staff, health professionals, clinical trials team members and industry
About You

In order to be successful in this role you must have
- Experience in Medical Practice Management (in Cardiology is preferable)
- Experience with Medicare billing
- Experience with a Medical Practice software, HealthTrack is preferable
- The ability to work full-time from Monday to Friday
- High-level verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to wide variety of audiences, with a sympathetic, supportive and professional approach
- Computer literacy
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability, and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- A cheerful nature and a ‘can do’ attitude
