About the role….

The ideal candidate is a natural leader who enjoys coaching and mentoring a team to success.

  • Lead and manage the reception and admin team across both locations
  • Recruitment, training, development and coaching of the team
  • Ensure the delivery of an exceptional patient experience
  • Ongoing development and maintenance of all reception processes and patient services
  • Ensure the smooth operational day to day running of the practice
  • As a member of the management team, work on a range of continuous improvement and strategic projects

 

About you…

  • Min 5 years’ experience in a leadership role (medical practice exp not essential)
  • You thrive in a busy, service focused space
  • You effectively share knowledge and can identify growth and development opportunities in both people and process
  • You're compassionate, adaptable, supportive and focused on positive patient experiences
  • You have strong operational management skills
  • You’re a highly effective communicator with excellent time management skills
