About the role….
The ideal candidate is a natural leader who enjoys coaching and mentoring a team to success.
- Lead and manage the reception and admin team across both locations
- Recruitment, training, development and coaching of the team
- Ensure the delivery of an exceptional patient experience
- Ongoing development and maintenance of all reception processes and patient services
- Ensure the smooth operational day to day running of the practice
- As a member of the management team, work on a range of continuous improvement and strategic projects
About you…
- Min 5 years’ experience in a leadership role (medical practice exp not essential)
- You thrive in a busy, service focused space
- You effectively share knowledge and can identify growth and development opportunities in both people and process
- You're compassionate, adaptable, supportive and focused on positive patient experiences
- You have strong operational management skills
- You’re a highly effective communicator with excellent time management skills
