Chief Experience Officer
VMORE is seeking a special individual to lead our specialty team of virtual specialist secretaries and managers to be highly client and employee centric through deliberate communication, design and delivery of experiences. This individual will also be accountable for the engagement of our service teams and clients while championing the VMORE vision and strategy. The position is permanent full time (38.0 hours / week) and working from home (WFH).
THE POSITION
A critical skill is being able to lead a team collaboration and engagement to ensure continuation of our positive culture and commitment to the delivery exceptional service to clients and their patients. We want an individual who is passionate about the delivery of care and how technology plays a fundamental role. You will work with the executive and service delivery teams to design, implement, and monitor the success of automation and business intelligence solutions to ensure goals and delivery expectations are achieved. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrate leadership and mentor our team of managers and support staff
- Actively monitor and foster relationships with clients
- Assess workforce levels and performance
- Identify training and development needs
- Complete quality audits and prepare reports
- Complete market and industry research to ensure compliance and make recommendations for improvement
- Be the escalation point for feedback and issues from service team staff and clients
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
- Proven experience in healthcare leadership. Experience leading a remote workforce preferable. Experience leading a larger team, or team of teams also preferable.
- Diploma of Business/Management or equivalent preferable, but not mandatory
- Comfortable with Practice Management Software and other IT programs
- Knowledge of the Australian Privacy Principles, Medicare and the private healthcare system
- Have clear and effective communication skills including proven experience managing client feedback
- Ability to design and execute continuous improvement and innovation projects

Remuneration commensurate to relevant skills and experience. The practice operates between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday and the role will be rostered within those hours. Occasional work outside of normal operating hours may be required.
