An exciting opportunity exists to join an accredited, fully computerised general practice. Comprising 12 GPs, in a modern, purpose-built facility, Redlands Clinic has provided the highest standards of care to patients in our district for over 60 years.
We are located in the Cleveland CBD and we are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join our team. As manager, you will be responsible for leading the practice including reception and administration.
You will be supported by the partners who share a passion for primary care in a general practice setting.
Primary responsibilities include:
- All day to day operational aspects of the practice
- Human resources management
- Clinical software management (Best Practice)
- Bookkeeping and payroll (MYOB)
- Clinical quality improvement (PenCat)
- Implement change and improvements to grow the practice
It would be beneficial to have:
- Knowledge of Medicare
- Experience with the software products as listed above
The applicant must demonstrate strong relationship management skills and have a flexible, personable approach. An energetic approach to your work and the ability to lead will be highly regarded! This is a full-time position.
