UltraFeedback has been working with the AGPN on the development of a valid and reliable survey that gathers feedback from healthcare professional (HCPs) on the services to be provided by Medicare Locals.

UltraFeedback are seeking assistance in getting the widest possible variety of HCPs to complete an online survey and are asking Practice Managers to help by promoting the survey to thier HCPs also.
